What OS is this on? It looks like you are running this on the server.
You no longer need to change this directly in the registry as the option is now in the preferences. Go to Options-->Preferences-->Advanced and select "No calls".
The location has actually changed in V9, it should be I see it under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Arc Solutions\Call Connect\Operator\Preferences.
Kind Regards

It is absent under HKLM and adding it does not do anything.
We see it under HK_Users\<user sid>\Software\Classes\VirtualStore\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Arc Solutions\\Call Connect\Operator\Preferences

Windows 64 bit and CUEAC 9.0...
The Driect Transfers value is located in hkey_users.
This poses a huge problem with making sure blind transfers work uniformly no matter which user is logged in.
Is there some way to get these values in hkey_local_machine so we don't have to touch the registry every time a new user logs in to the PC for reception duty?
