[cisco-voip] Cisco Call Center Agent Disappears

Just a shot in the dark here, because you didn't mention it, but what if
the normal user has switched their window preference to stealth?

If this is the case, then after the login, you can check the task manager
for the running process or look in the system tray for the icon.
