[cisco-voip] monitoring UC

I'm sure we've gone over this before but as time progresses products evolve
and new products become available.

We are looking for a robust monitoring, alerting and config backup tool for
our UC environment.  We have a couple of requirements but the absolute most
important is the ability to alert us proactively before catastrophic
failure.  Also, we need to be able to monitor UCS C series.

I've used Cisco's Prime products for UC monitoring, alerting, etc.  in the
past but they seemed to throw a lot of false positives and weren't
necesarily the most intuitive to set up or maintain.

Does anyone have any recommendations on  a product or products that work
well with reliability?
