[cisco-voip] Cisco Webex Meeting Server 1.5

So the NPAPI phase out begins in Jan 2014, MR1 and 1.5 base have the issue
and MR2 is not available for download today.

In addition to that 2.0 would be released late Dec/ early Jan

This is cutting it too close to the line
