[cisco-voip] ARC Attendant Console 5.1

As far as I remember all the options were greyed out. I will check again tommorow.

Client is asking to record new greeting for holidays but I am working remotely. Sorry I dont have much experience around this app but if you can elaborate around your solution for recording it remotely via wav file or provide me any pointers to doc would be really helpful.
