[cisco-voip] ARC Attendant Console 5.1 - remotely updating/adding new greeting

Hi
If you only have a few recorded prompts, you can go into your arc voice connect directory on server.
There will be a bunch of WAV files
Listen to them til you identify the one you want to update. Back up the old one. Just put your new file there with same name.
