[cisco-voip] UCCX - Steps to define new call flow

Hi


in the current UCCX setup , i would like to define new call flow.
I am not completely sure in GUI steps to be done on this uccx 9.0

So far i have script in hand & Route point in cucm is added as Trigger
under *'Application' in UCCX .*

*Can any one let me know end-end GUI steps in uccx to be performed?*
