[cisco-voip] Voice Dialer

if you google "emergency notification" you'll get lots of results for outbound dialer like stuff. some hosted, some on-prem. i'm sure you could get a few examples and start to make some calls easily enough. 

just a thought.

I am looking for an outbound dialer that works over SIP. The outbound dialer MUST be able to leave messages on answering machines. 



We tried the Cisco Outbound dialer, it does NOT work for leaving messages, nor does it work with SIP. 



The bosses want an in-house solution, but I will take any hosted solution suggestions too.
