[cisco-voip] Apparent spam

The Session Trace feature in RTMT in recent CUCM versions is great, especially if you're using SIP.  We occasionally get these errors because one of our providers returns strange cause codes from time to time.

a lot of times these can just be miss dials.  You could log into RTMT and up the threshold.
