[cisco-voip] Slow Corp Dir on 8.6.2

Since these are the 8961 you just select the switch load button. no need to restart the tftp server anymore. just reload the phones.

There is a bug with 8.5.2. where the Music will stop playing. has to do if you have fixed audio turned on. I did get unicast to stay up but multicast would not. both working with the new code.
