NICE is IMO the market leader for interaction recording.
We have a centralised active recording solution deployed across 7 CUCM clusters, including tele/remote workers, utilising the Built-In-Bridge function of CUCM phones.
NICE also support trunk (span) based deployments but if you have the opportunity to deploy a new interaction recording solution definitely go active - span makes your network admin cry.
