[cisco-voip] Broadcasting a message to all phones - CUCM 8.6

Hi Folks,

We wish to accomplish the following setup using CUCM 8.6 and Unity.

1) One phone will dial to an extension and it will trigger
simultaneous calls to a group of phones
2) Who gets the call, will received the audio from the called
extension but it will be muted, it will not be able to send the audio
back.

The purpose of this scenario is to make possible to a supervisor to
call to all the attendees and send a spoken message to everybody.

How can I do that using CUCM and Unity ?
