I can't comment on the requirements, but it is also possible to run multicast over a gre tunnel if the mpls isn't multicast enabled.

For PTT the server itself needs to have a multicast connection to LAN right?

Customer has existing Singlewire server at SiteA which has MPLS network to new SiteB.  Either the MPLS has to be multicast enabled or the SiteB needs its own server.  Am I correct?
