Singlewire has a piece of software that will relay the multicast traffic across a unicast link, I am pretty sure it's not free though.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Question about Singlewire PTT Server

For PTT the server itself needs to have a multicast connection to LAN right?

Customer has existing Singlewire server at SiteA which has MPLS network to new SiteB. Either the MPLS has to be multicast enabled or the SiteB needs its own server. Am I correct?
