IVR's in Unity Connection can be built using a mix of System Call Handlers
with transfer rules. This functionality is built into the product without
any need for an additional license.

Check out this link for some guidance on creating 'Audio Text
Applications'. It's based upon Unity but the concepts are the same in
CUCxN.
