[cisco-voip] mgcp channel out of service

Folks,

Enable Status Poll - on a card & *Change B-Channel Maintenance Status
X: *putting
a 1 or 2 will bring the channel out of service (graceful/non graceful) and
I believed a 0 will bring them back into service.

But its not the case and eventually have to reboot the controller.
Is that really how its supposed to be OR we have missed something.

we are on cucm 8.5 with mgcp gateways.
