[cisco-voip] mgcp channel out of service

I find it easier to busy out the B-Channels under the serial interface in IOS.  Both work. However in fallback I'm not sure the service parameter would take. Have not tested it.

Folks,

Enable Status Poll - on a card & Change B-Channel Maintenance Status X: putting a 1 or 2 will bring the channel out of service (graceful/non graceful) and I believed a 0 will bring them back into service.

But its not the case and eventually have to reboot the controller.
Is that really how its supposed to be OR we have missed something.

we are on cucm 8.5 with mgcp gateways.
