[cisco-voip] mgcp channel out of service

I found out the hard way too. you can only fix it by restarting the controller card.
The right way is under Service Parameter (advanced view)
Look for Change B-Channel Maintenance Status and do it that way.
Works OK. click on the wording and it will explain how to disable it.
