[cisco-voip] mgcp channel out of service

I tried using
isdn busy b-channel X
as well but it didnt make any difference and I believe that was rightly so,
as that one is only used in case of SIP or H323 and MGCP is back-hauling L3
to CUCM so it wont affect the channel on the gateway.

Carlo, when you say disable you mean to bring back into service ???
