Hi All,

I'm trying to bulk update 200+ users to remove both the Groups within the Permission information on the End User Configuration page, Currently assigned with Standard End User and Standard CTI enabled.

I have tried lots of CSV formats to do had no luck. All updates fail saying User Group : does not exist. and the user still has both groups assigned.

USER ID

USER GROUP 1

USER_1

< None >

USER_1

<None>

USER_1

< none >

USER_1

<none>

USER_1

#

USER_1

F

USER_1

f

USER_1

I created a Dummy Group with no roles to try and replace the one of the groups but it just adds this group permission so then shows up with 3 groups, The template I import then on has user group set to < None >.

Completely deleting the user and adding them back in is not a option as we are LDAP sync'd

All I can find in the document is the ignore field using a special character but wont help in this particular scenario.

Regards
