[cisco-voip] VG224 to RightFax communication error issue

I have had problems with the 15 code and faxing. I move most of mine back to 12 code. one thing you can check is do a show voice call status and watch to make sure it goes to g711uaw then to T38.

I have also set my fallback to cisco
