[cisco-voip] CUPS 8.5 to 8.6 COP file for upgrade

It needs to go on each server that is being upgraded so that the OS pages for the install can provide the right guidance in what is actually going to happen (re: the extra reboot).

Yes 8.6 is a Refresh upgrade due to Security Enhanced Linux upgrade.

just to confirm with you, do you really need that CUPs when you are going from 8.5 to 8.6 ???

I pulled a version down and the installer in CUPS came back with wrong version.
