Dana,
New fields were added to the CUCM CDRs in order to support basic reporting of the native call queuing functionality. They are “wasCallQueued” and “totalWaitTimeInQueue”. “wasCallQueued” indicates if a call was put into queue or not (1-Yes / 0-No), and “totalWaitTimeInQueue” indicates how long the caller has stayed in the queue (in seconds).

Subject: [cisco-voip] Reporting on Native Call Queuing in UCM 9.x
Hi all,
Do you guys know if there is any basic reporting for the native call queuing that is included in the new UCM 9.x suite?
Cheers
Dana
