[cisco-voip] Migrating from IP Communicator 7.0.3 to 8.6.3 for Windows 8 support - licensing?

In a CUCM 7.1 environment, if I begin installs of IPC 8.6.3 for my
Windows 8 users, am I going to run into licensing problems, either now
or in the future? If I'm doing a one-for-one replacement of software
(because an existing user gets a new laptop), am I going to consume
licenses that are no longer available from the old IPC the user had
previously?
