[cisco-voip] Redbox Quantify anyone?

Is anyone familiar with RedBox Quantify?

I have an issue where at some point prior to my arrival the account that
starts LTR.exe automatically was working.

In the past month or two, LTR.exe has been terminating and the only way to
keep it running is to run it manually and disconnect from the RDP session
instead of logging out.

Anyone with any experience with this product, your advice would be greatly
appreciated!
