[cisco-voip] NTP change

I'm on physical Hardware, do I still need to rehost the license?

If so, how long do I have to do that?

Can I change the NTP source and reboot during maintenance window, then the
next  day get the license file and upload?  or do I need another reboot?
 or do I not have that much time?
