Assuming by call flow you mean RTP packets.  Remember your signaling is different from media, but signaling is always to CUCM so the media (RTP) is the only thing that changes.

RTP at this point is from phone to UC, once the call is connected.

After the transfer is complete the RTP from the phone will go to whatever conference bridge hosts the Meetme. This CFB will be selected based on the MRGL of the device that initiated the Meetme conference.

The easiest way to see what the phone is sending to is to look at its web page (assuming you aren't blocking http inbound to the phone over your vpn) under Streaming Statistics.  It will show the remote IP address right there.
