Ahmed,

The name of the queue is what is displayed to the operator, so if you name the queue as the company name the operator will know which company has been dialed.

Kind Regards

Dears,
I have many companies served by 1 CUPAC, and each company has a DID Number and I want to have the “Company Name” appears to operator Console?

Any ideas
