Thanks Jamie,

That is also what I was thinking about but stuck in capability issue as
premium supports upto 100 Queue (100 Company) and I have more than that.

Can the console customized to have CTI RP Description appears? Or there are
any other ideas?

Ahmed,

The name of the queue is what is displayed to the operator, so if you name
the queue as the company name the operator will know which company has been
dialed.

Dears,

I have many companies served by 1 CUPAC, and each company has a DID Number
and I want to have the "Company Name" appears to operator Console?

Any ideas
