[cisco-voip] ccx + cuic

I've read that cuic can be installed *co-resident* with ccx but see no real implementation notes about it in the documentation. I imagine this to be supported only in the case of small sub 200-agent installations but where are the real details about this spelled out? Nothing in the SRND. . .
