[cisco-voip] Handsets can't find firmware on TFTP?

Jason,

Thank you for this, the phone in question is indeed running the F.2 image
and I was trying to go down to 1.4.1, it seems the newer firmware causes
phone calls to cut out/have gaps so I wanted to stay with the safe release.
