[cisco-voip] Automating on call schedules?

Brainstorming some other possibilities:

* are schedules consistent? possible opportunity for time of day routing
* For remote destinations what about establishing an "on call user". Then allow on call users to log in to ccmuser as the "on call user" and configure their own call routing via remote destinations or call forwarding

Short of writing my own AXL code and using cron/task scheduler, is there a decent way of automating this process so I don't have to manually change a dozen remote destinations every week?
