[cisco-voip] VMWare support vis-a-vis Cisco

Ahh so in essence it's not something that's just transferable. I thought it
was just cisco re-selling a SKU from vmware. Anyone know how do vsphere
version upgrades work in this case? I can't imagine cisco makes all the
vsphere downloads available from cco.
