[cisco-voip] Jabber 4 Windows displaying incorrect contact in IM

Hi all,

I have one user who is reporting that she is chatting with one user but the IM window is displaying another user's name.

Have you ever seen this at all?

Problem Description: Cisco Jabber for Windows showing incorrect name for remote chat user.
Product version: Cisco Jabber for Windows 9.1(3)   [some users are being updated to 9.2]
CUCM version 9.1(1)a SU1
CUPS version 9.1(1)
Jabber for Windows directory: UDS

For example,

User X is chatting to John Smith. The Jabber IM window is reporting that they are chatting with Jill Smith.
The two usernames are very similar. Ie. Jsmit and jsmith.
