[cisco-voip] [Bulk] IOS Upgrade Error on 2921 using c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4.M5.bin

Had this problem a couple of years ago. The problem is with the flash drive.
Try formatting the drive first.

We are attempting to upgrade an IOS on a Cisco 2921 Router and we get the
following error message when trying to download the appropriate IOS update

Address or name of remote host [10.1.3.200]?

Source filename [c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4-M5.bin.

Loading c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4.M5.bin from 10.1.3.200 (via
Multilink10):

in data-in phase)
