[cisco-voip] Corporate Directory Outbound Dial

I put the number in there that should match up with a dial pattern, but
all it does is just sit and do nothing. I end up with a busy signal. I
checked the session trace in RTMT and its picking the right gateway.
There is no termination code.. how odd.
