[cisco-voip] CDR references

A new CDR vender is contacting us, they are called "CDR-Data", I have never heard of them. Has anyone used this product? We use ISI-Infortel Select currently for our CDR collection, its a good solution. I know that there are some other Telemanagement solutions out there. It seems that the boss wants to verify that we have a good solution and wants compare to other products on the market.

I have actually looked at the Splunk product with their add-on CDR product, looks promising but they don't have the tenant billing yet.

A few solutions would greatly appreciated.
