[cisco-voip] Ip phone 7960 Problem with headset

Hello all
We had an CUCM Upgrade to 8.0(3a) and get now Trouble Tickets from Users
having Problems with their headsets. The Agent can Not hear the customer.
But when the agent picks up the phone he can continue the call. We use ip
phones 7960 with fw P00308010200. Are there any known issues with this fw
and headsets??
