[cisco-voip] CIPC: Programatically change "Optimize for Low Bandwidth"?

Getting ready to do MSI install of CIPC 8.6(3), and trying to figure out if
we can set "Optimize for Low Bandwidth" by default, maybe with a registry
setting or MSIexec flag.

Does anyone have any experience doing this?
