[cisco-voip] Subscriber DB sync issue

utils dbreplication status is showing as "Sync target Server is not defined for the replicate ccmdbtemplate".

could you please some one guide me to understand this.

 I checked if DB sync is proper, but when I issued the command "utils dbreplication runtimestate", I could see RPC is shown as offline and the Replication status as N/A for my subscriber. The DBver& Tables is also showing as N/A.

Can you please someone point out the steps (order of operation) I need to resolve the dbreplication issue.
