Has anyone upgraded to 9.4.1-9 yet?

When making calls, there is delay on first digit (longer tone heard while
phone catches up)... testing 9.4.1-9 on 2 phones. Able to duplicate it most
of the time. Doesn't matter if it is internal/external call.
