[cisco-voip] Unity CxN 9.1.2 E164 on Primary

The issue turned out to be that the client turned on DNS on the CUC Sub (it was already enabled on PUB) which I think invalidates certificates.... After a cluster reset all is working.

Thanks!

Joe

It is a SIP integration. There is no mask set on the profile. I will be onsite later today and will take a look at what RTMT Port Monitor is showing.

Thnaks

Joe,

You should check the VM profile and make sure you aren't abbreviating the extension. Also, you could look at the port status monitor and see what the calling number is.

Also, is this a SIP or SCCP integration?

Have Unity Cxn 9.1.2 with E164 configured on Primary Extn. When someone presses their messages button Unity is not recognizing the extension. It works fine if I define the E164 extn as an alternate. (Leaving messages works fine in both cases.)

I thought starting with 8.6 E164 on primary was supported. Anyone having a similar issue?

Thanks

Joe
