[cisco-voip] UCN 9.1 Single Inbox question

I have a customer who has migrated from Unity  to Unity Connections 9.1 and
the users are refusing to go in via the phone to delete old voicemails. Is
there any way to have when the user deletes via outlook it removes it from
the UCN server?
