Are you running sip or mgcp on the gateway? If sip may need to configure some resources.

at a customer we have a 8.6.2 CUCM installation with Cisco 2811 PRI ISDN Voice Gateway (H323). Phones are 8961 with Firmware sip8961.9-2-1. The problem is: Several times a day DNs are not reachable. It happens on different DNs and from to time.

Does anyone have any hint? Is it maybe a phone firmware issue? In bug toolkit I can’t find any corresponding problem.
