Did you get this figured out?
Internal calls to or just external calls from the gateway?
debug isdn q931 shows what on problem calls?
What exact version of 8.6.2? 8.6.2.20000 (no patches) seems very
problematic from my experiences, SU2 (22900) and higher works better. SU3
is current.
