[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 9x Compose New message Dial by Name default?

Anyone know a way to turn default the "Send a Message Press 2" to use Dial by Extension by default and have to press ## to switch to dial by name?

Correct Procedure to send a Message in Unity Connection Voicemail


1.       Login to Voicemail.

2.       To send a Message Press 2.

Press ##     <<<<<<<<<<<<<---  This is the secret to change between Dial by Name versus Dial by Extension , Unity also asks the user if they want to switch to "number entry"

Enter the 7-digit extension you want to send the message to.  <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<This is not the 4-digit extension on phone
