[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 8x and CUCE Editor 8.6.6 closes on start

I've resolved the issue by running the program in compatibility mode.

The CUCE Editor just after Start > Programs opens and disappears/crashes.
Running as Administrator in Windows 7 64-bit. Any known quick fix?
