So it won't work? Do I need to switch over to a VG224 and run SIP?

SCCP on VG224 is non-standards based T.38
SIP is standards based T.38
The two are not compatible.

Subject: [cisco-voip] VG-248 SIP Faxing
Hey all I have a situation where the company is switching over from PRI to
SIP, but they have a VG-248 hanging off CUCM.
SIP-->CUBE-->CUCM-->VG248
The VG248 ports are registered as SCCP VGC devices. Is this supported? I
know the VG-248 doesn't support T.38 fax protocol, but I'm doing G711 to the
provider and wondering if it works without config changes.
Thanks,
Mike
