[cisco-voip] VG-248 SIP Faxing

You could do nse-based modem passthrough on the SIP side which would be
compatible. The command says modems but it kicks off switchover on the
shared CED tone of the answering fax/modem machine.

Command for modem passthrough:
dial-peer or voice service voip
      modem passthrough nse codec g711u
or for Cisco Fax Relay (danger avoid if possible)
      fax protocol cisco
