Anthony,
You are absolutely correct, that resolved the issue, changing the language preference in the trigger to es_MX. Both Language prompts are now playing without a restart.

You would not normally need to restart the Engine after creating a language folder, however, I have seen restarts fix things magically in my career history.
Moving on though: when you specify a prompt file name, UCCX searches upwards in the Prompt folder structure like this (Assuming you're using en_US as your Trigger's language):
1. en_US
2. en
3. default
It will not search all of your other folders for the prompt file name; therefore, you're getting an Undefined Prompt Exception.
So, you either need to switch the contacts language to spanish with the Set Contact Info step just prior to referencing the prompt (I.e., play prompt or menu), OR you can qualify the prompt directly in the step like this:
Menu (--Triggering Contact--, Menu_S @ L[es_MX])
Lastly, I was totally confused by your post to the mailing list, as I was reading our offline conversation inline with your question to the group. I was dizzy for a second until I saw Tanner's reply.
And now to add to the confusion, I have to re-post this from my super special plus address. :/ As the list rejected my original reply. Sorry Grace and Tanner for the duplicate reply.

Oh I C, could try that, was wondering whether it would be best to restart the CCX engine also?

Worst case you could specify the full path including language directory.

Based on Log output files from RTMT it seems that by default the system is trying to access the Spanish Language files under en_US directory even though all the wav. Files were uploaded into the correct directory under es_MX.
Have you ran into this before with prompt directories

Hi Anthony,
I am trying to integrate the menu script into the existing script
So call comes in, callers hears Press 1 for ENG or 2 for Span
Then it takes them to English or Spanish Menu
I have this pointing to a DID for testing but when I call the DID, all I hear is "Are you still there"
What am I doing wrong ?

Sorry, I cannot, as I'm about to have date night with my wife, and was just responding to you quickly as I had a second to do so. Give it a try and if you get stuck you could always post out to the communities: mailing list and forums. We might be able to pick it up tomorrow, but no promises.

It doesn't show up by default, you have to type it in. And I think it only supports this format:

Hi Grace,
Nice work figuring this out on your own. There's two ways to switch the language of the caller:
1. On the trigger
With this option, you are operating under the premise that the phone number published is to your target spanish speakers and only spanish speakers will call it.
2. Within the script with the Set Contact Info step
With this option, you are probably using the same phone number for all language speakers, and then are going to prompt them with a menu choice such as: "Para Espanol, press numero siete." And then if the press number 7, you use the step to switch the language to spanish.
With either option, from this point forward in the script, all of the prompts and documents are switched over to the spanish language folder you already figured out how to create.
I hope that helps.

Hi Anthony,
How are you doing.
After a lot of research, I finally enabled the Spanish Language pack.
Also I started writing the script as you instructed, but I am stuck with how to connect everything to the production environment, I mean like how do you put it all together to interact with the existing English applications.
What they have in Mind is
To just add triggers to the existing applications, and then point the trigger to the new script, then I think what needs to happen is also account for if and incoming call comes in and the caller already enters the Spanish language option without waiting for the prompt how do I create this logic
Also tricky part is testing and making sure pricing and everything is all working in the Spanish Language as well as English.
Please let me know when you can help out, I have all weekend and up till Tuesday.
Thanks in Advance
